Payment timing
The first payment is charged when you subscribe. After that, the plan renews and is charged automatically every month on the same date.
Delivery
Available immediately after payment is completed.
Free trial
For 7 days (168 hours) from when you start the trial yourself after signing in, you can receive daily letters based on your birth chart and talk with Hona for free (once per account).
No card is required. The trial never converts to a paid plan or charges you automatically.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription” on the settings page.
After cancelling, you can keep using Pro until the end of the paid period. No further charges are made.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are in principle non-refundable.
However, cases attributable to us — such as duplicate charges or service outages caused by our systems — are handled individually.
